Our Therapeutic Community

Our agency is more than just an agency, it’s a therapeutic community. With each new family that joins us, our community grows. Our community is one that values kindness, mutual support and respect. 

We all work together and support each other to deliver a high level of care to children and young people. Being part of our community means being part of a team who understands you, who values you and who wants to support you. What makes our community unique is that all members are “seen”, that means everyone! Our Foster Parents are unique and valued members of our community and so too are our staff. Our staff are all visible and accessible to all foster parents (that means no Directors sitting in offices who don’t know Foster Parents personally!). Our community runs with an ethos that everyone pitches in to support one another. We’re all in this together.
