Monthly Team Meetings

Every month we invite all of our foster parents to join us for a Team Meeting. We view our foster parents as integral parts of our professional team; therefore, we treat them as such! That means valuing their time and their input. 

Team Meetings are a chance for Foster Parents to meet each other and to offer some peer support, but it’s also a chance for our foster parents to let us know what’s going well, what could change and what we could do better. We will take the opportunity to keep you updated of any changes or developments and to seek your views. TheraParent is YOUR agency, and we need it to work for you therefore your input is crucial for us to grow.
